Base Preparation

1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure it is ready for baking.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully blended.

Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
