    Prepare the Cucumber

    Wash the cucumber thoroughly. Slice it thinly into rounds. Set aside a few slices for garnish.

    Prepare the Mint

    Rinse the mint leaves under cold water and gently pat them dry with a towel. Set aside.

    Juice the Lime

    Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice into a small bowl. Remove any seeds.

Mixing the Drink

    Combine Ingredients

    In a shaker or mixing glass, combine the Seedlip Garden, fresh cucumber slices, mint leaves, and lime juice.

    Shake and Strain

    Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.

    Top with Prosecco

    Gently pour the Mionetto Non-Alcoholic Prosecco over the strained mixture in the glass.

    Garnish

    Garnish the drink with the reserved cucumber slices and a sprig of mint.
