Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water while you prepare the drink.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Four Roses Bourbon, Cardamaro, Zucca Rabarbaro, and honey.

Fill the shaker with ice, covering the liquid completely.

Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
