Gather all the ingredients needed for the cocktail including Olmeca Altos Plata Tequila, Amaro Nonino, passion fruit puree, fresh lime juice, and vanilla extract.

Prepare the Glass
Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water while you prepare the drink.
Mixing

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Olmeca Altos Plata Tequila, 1 oz of Amaro Nonino, 1 oz of passion fruit puree, 0.5 oz of fresh lime juice, and 0.25 tsp of vanilla extract.

Shake the Mixture
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Serving

Strain and Serve
Remove the ice water from the cocktail glass and strain the mixture into the glass.

Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim of the glass and sprinkle passion fruit seeds on top.
