Prepare the Cucumber
Wash the cucumber thoroughly under running water. Grate the cucumber using a box grater or a food processor. Place the grated cucumber in a clean dish towel or cheesecloth and squeeze out the excess moisture. Set aside.

Mince the Garlic
Peel the garlic clove and finely mince it using a knife or garlic press. Set aside.

Combine Ingredients
In a medium mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, and chopped dill. Stir until well combined.

Chill
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Once chilled, give the tzatziki a quick stir before serving. It is ready to be enjoyed with tacos árabes or as a dip with pita bread and vegetables.
