Preparation
1. Prepare Chicken Marinade
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, juice of the lemon, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
2. Marinate Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish, allowing the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or ideally for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

3. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
4. Prepare Asparagus and Tomatoes
While the chicken is marinating, wash the asparagus and cherry tomatoes. Trim the asparagus ends and place them on a baking sheet along with the cherry tomatoes.
5. Drizzle with Balsamic Vinegar
Drizzle the asparagus and cherry tomatoes with balsamic vinegar, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Bake Chicken and Vegetables
After marinating, place the chicken breasts on a separate baking sheet and roast both the chicken and vegetables in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 75°C).
7. Add Feta Cheese
In the last 5 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the feta cheese over the vegetables and return to the oven to melt slightly.
Serving
8. Serve
