Method

Preparation and Cooking

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

Rinse the shrimp, scallops, and fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Marinate

In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, juice of the lemon, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Add the seafood to the bowl and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15-30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cook the Seafood

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated seafood to the skillet in a single layer. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, the scallops for 3-4 minutes on each side, and the fish fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through and flaky.

  4. 4

    Serve

Remove from heat and serve immediately with extra lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh parsley on top.
