Back Ribs Preparation

1. Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your grill or oven to 300°F (150°C). Season the ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Place them on the grill or in a baking dish.

2. Cook the Ribs

Cook the ribs for about 2.5 to 3 hours, basting with BBQ sauce during the last 30 minutes of cooking.

Rub the whole chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.

4. Cook the Chicken

Place the chicken in a rotisserie or oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Serving

5. Plate the Dish

Serve a quarter of the rotisserie chicken alongside half a rack of BBQ ribs. Add creamy coleslaw, dinner rolls, and a side of Chalet Dipping Sauce.
