1. Prepare the Chicken Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.

2. Bake the Wings

Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.

3. Prepare the Sauces

While the wings are baking, prepare your sauces. For the Buffalo sauce, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat and mix in the buffalo sauce. For BBQ sauce, simply have it ready. For Garlic Parmesan, mix garlic powder and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.

4. Toss the Wings

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a clean bowl. Depending on your choice of sauce, toss the wings with Buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, or the Garlic Parmesan mixture until evenly coated.

5. Serve

Serve the wings hot with your choice of dipping sauces and celery sticks on the side.
