Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they reach your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the wild mushroom medley and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender. Add the arugula and roasted red peppers, cooking for an additional 2 minutes until the arugula is wilted.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Place a cooked burger patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with sautéed vegetables and a slice of sharp cheddar cheese. Cover with the top half of the bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the Walsh Burger with your choice of sides and enjoy!
