Muddle the Mint
In a glass, add fresh mint leaves and muddle gently to release the mint oils.

Add Lime Juice and Syrup
Pour in the fresh lime juice and simple syrup over the muddled mint.

Add Rum
Add the white rum to the glass and stir gently to combine.

Add Ice and Club Soda
Fill the glass with ice cubes and top off with club soda. Stir gently to mix.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
