Prepare the Chicken
In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly with the marinade. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Rice
In a saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add the long grain wild rice, reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for about 45 minutes or until the rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.

Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Serve
Place a serving of wild rice on each plate, top with grilled chicken, and serve the sautéed vegetables on the side.
