Prepare the Au Jus
In a saucepan, combine the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce to low to keep warm.

Assemble the Sandwiches
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the ciabatta rolls in half and place them on a baking sheet. Layer the roast beef, caramelized onions, and Swiss cheese on the bottom half of each roll.

Toast the Sandwiches
Place the baking sheet in the oven and toast until the cheese is melted and the rolls are slightly crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove from the oven and place the top half of the rolls on each sandwich. Serve with a side of warm au jus for dipping.
