Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl and toss with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).

Fry the Wings
Carefully add the chicken wings to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 8-10 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.

Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, stir in the hot sauce and mix until combined.

Toss the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the cooked wings with the buffalo sauce. Toss until the wings are well coated.

Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
