Prepare the Cauliflower
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.

Make the Batter
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Gradually add water until you achieve a smooth batter.

Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is well-coated.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Cauliflower
Carefully place the battered cauliflower florets into the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

In a large bowl, toss the fried cauliflower with buffalo sauce until evenly coated. Serve immediately.
