Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribeye Patty

Season the ribeye patty with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear it over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Jalapeno

Slice the jalapeno in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Optionally, you can grill or sauté the jalapeno for a few minutes until slightly softened.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Bun

Slice the sweet yeast bun in half. On the bottom half, spread the onion jam, then add the cooked ribeye patty, blue cheese, crispy bacon, and jalapeno slices. Top it with the other half of the bun.

  5. 5

    Serve with Borracho Beans

Heat the borracho beans in a small saucepan over medium heat until warm. Serve alongside the assembled burger.
