Method

Cheese Selection

  1. 1

    Prepare Cheeses

Select and cut the cheeses into bite-sized pieces or wedges. Arrange them on a large serving board.

Marinated Olives

  1. 2

    Marinate Olives

In a bowl, combine the green and black olives. Drizzle with olive oil, add minced garlic, fresh rosemary, and red chili flakes. Toss to coat and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Candied Pecans

  1. 3

    Candy the Pecans

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add brown sugar and cinnamon, stirring until melted. Add pecans and cook until coated and caramelized. Spread on parchment paper to cool.

Gluten-Free Crackers

  1. 4

    Make Crackers

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). In a bowl, mix almond flour, flaxseed meal, olive oil, salt, and water until a dough forms. Roll out thinly, cut into shapes, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.

Toasted Focaccia

  1. 5

    Toast Focaccia

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Brush focaccia with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and fresh herbs. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.

Assembly

  1. 6

    Assemble Cheese Board

Arrange the cheeses, marinated olives, candied pecans, seasonal jam, gluten-free crackers, and toasted focaccia on a large board. Serve and enjoy!
