Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster Tails

Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise down the center. Gently pull the meat out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base. Lay the lobster meat on top of the shell.

  2. 2

    Make the Garlic Butter

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Broil the Lobster Tails

Preheat the broiler on high. Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet. Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture. Broil for about 5-7 minutes, or until the lobster is cooked through and the top is slightly browned.

  4. 4

    Serve

Remove from the oven, drizzle with any remaining garlic butter, and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
