Directions

1

Cook the Linguine

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the linguine noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Prepare the Sauce

In a large skillet, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until the sauce thickens. Add the cooked linguine and toss to coat.

3

Fry the Lobster Tail

Dredge the lobster tail in the beaten egg and then coat it with breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the lobster tail until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes per side. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.

4

Cook the Shrimp

In the same skillet used for the sauce, add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Add the shrimp to the pasta and sauce, mixing well.

5

Serve

Plate the garlic Parmesan linguine topped with shrimp and garnish with the fried lobster tail. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
