Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Oysters

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Carefully shuck the oysters and place them on a baking sheet.

2

Cook the Spinach

In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.

3

Prepare the Seafood Mixture

In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook until pink. Add the crab meat and cooked lobster, stirring gently. Pour in the heavy cream and lemon juice, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until heated through. Mix in the wilted spinach, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

4

Assemble the Dish

Spoon the seafood mixture evenly over the shucked oysters. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.

5

Bake

Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and drizzle over the topped oysters. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

6

Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your Oyster Melba!
