Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Caramelize the Onion

Slice the onion into thin rings. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and a pinch of salt, cooking until they are soft and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a separate skillet, cook the bacon strips over medium heat until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.

  3. 3

    Grill the Angus Beef Patties

Season the Angus beef patties with salt and black pepper. Grill them on a preheated grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. Place a slice of American cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

  4. 4

    Fry the Egg

In the same skillet used for bacon, crack the eggs and cook them sunny-side up to your desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Breakfast Burger

Toast the burger buns if desired. On the bottom half of each bun, layer the grilled Angus beef patty with melted cheese, followed by the caramelized onions, crispy bacon, and finally the fried egg. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
