Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Shrimp
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- 2
Wrap the Shrimp
Take a bacon strip and wrap it around each seasoned shrimp. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- 3
Bake the Shrimp
Place the wrapped shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp is cooked through.
- 4
Make the Pilsner Butter Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in the pilsner beer and lemon juice, and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly reduced. Stir in chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5
Serve
Remove the shrimp from the oven and serve hot, drizzled with the pilsner butter sauce.
