For Hot Latte
1. Brew 2 shots of espresso using your preferred method. 2. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until steaming but not boiling. 3. Froth the milk using a milk frother or whisk until it has a creamy consistency. 4. In a cup, combine the brewed espresso and sugar, stirring until dissolved. 5.
