Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and cut the asparagus, bell peppers, zucchini, squash, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan or pot, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Vegetables
Carefully add the prepared vegetables to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the fried vegetables using a slotted spoon and let them drain on a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
