Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and cut the asparagus, bell peppers, zucchini, squash, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Heat the Oil

In a deep frying pan or pot, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  3. 3

    Fry the Vegetables

Carefully add the prepared vegetables to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

  4. 4

    Drain and Season

Remove the fried vegetables using a slotted spoon and let them drain on a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the fried vegetables hot as a delicious appetizer or side dish.
