Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Zip Sauce

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Adjust seasoning to taste and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Ribeye

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Rub the ribeye steak with olive oil, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

  3. 3

    Grill the Ribeye

Place the seasoned ribeye steak on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Use a meat thermometer for accuracy (130°F for medium-rare).

  4. 4

    Rest the Steak

Once cooked, remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes to allow juices to redistribute.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Dish

Slice the ribeye steak against the grain and place it on a serving plate. Top with crispy onion straws and drizzle generously with zip sauce.
