Buffalo Style Wings Ingredients
Method
Buffalo Style Wings Directions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place the wings in a large bowl.
- 2
Coat the Wings
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Dredge the chicken wings in the flour mixture until evenly coated.
- 3
Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).
- 4
Fry the Wings
Carefully add the coated chicken wings to the hot oil in batches, frying them for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the wings and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- 5
Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, add the hot sauce and stir until well combined.
- 6
Toss the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the fried wings with the buffalo sauce, tossing to coat the wings evenly.
- 7
Serve
Serve the buffalo wings hot with Ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
