Cook the Patty
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the house patty with salt and black pepper. Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness.

Assemble the Melt
Once the patty is cooked, place it on one slice of toasted rosemary sourdough. Top with the brie cheese and a generous spread of red pepper type 2 jam. Place the second slice of toasted bread on top.

Melt the Cheese
Return the sandwich to the skillet over medium heat and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on each side, pressing down gently until the brie is melted and the bread is golden brown.

Serve
Carefully remove the Jamboree Melt from the skillet, slice in half, and serve immediately.
