Preparation
If using traditional wings, separate the drumettes and flats. Pat them dry with paper towels.

Season the Wings
Season both boneless and traditional wings with salt and pepper. For additional flavor, you can marinate them in your desired sauce for 30 minutes.

Fry the Wings
Heat cooking oil in a deep fryer or a large pot to 375°F (190°C). Fry the wings in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes for boneless and 10-12 minutes for traditional. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Serve
Serve the wings hot with ranch or bleu cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
