Wrap Ingredients

Method

Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Taro Patty

In a bowl, mix the mashed taro with salt, black pepper, and lime juice until well combined. Form the mixture into patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Taro Patty

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Cook the taro patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Wrap

Lay a nori sheet on a clean surface. Place a taro patty in the center, followed by sliced avocado, tomato, shredded carrots, and sprouts.

  4. 4

    Wrap it Up

Carefully fold the sides of the nori over the filling, then roll it up from the bottom to the top to create a tight wrap. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

  5. 5

    Serve

Slice the wraps in half and serve with dipping sauce if desired.
