Directions

  1. 1

    Preparing the Edamame

Rinse the edamame pods under cold water to remove any dirt and impurities.

  2. 2

    Boiling Water

In a medium-sized pot, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil over high heat.

  3. 3

    Steaming the Edamame

Once the water is boiling, add the rinsed edamame pods to the pot. Allow them to cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender and bright green.

  4. 4

    Draining and Seasoning

Carefully drain the edamame in a colander. Return the edamame to the pot, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt. Toss gently to combine.

  5. 5

    Serving

Transfer the seasoned edamame to a serving bowl. Serve warm as a snack or appetizer.
