Method

Dip Preparation

  1. 1

    Mix the Dip Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, crab meat, sour cream, chopped green onions, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and togarashi seasoning.

  2. 2

    Blend Until Smooth

Use a hand mixer or a spatula to blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined. Ensure there are no lumps of cream cheese.

  3. 3

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.

  4. 4

    Bake the Dip

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the dip for 20-25 minutes or until it's golden and bubbly on top.

Wonton Chips Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Wonton Wrappers

Cut each wonton wrapper diagonally to create triangles.

  2. 6

    Heat the Oil

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat until shimmering.

  3. 7

    Fry the Wonton Chips

Fry the wonton triangles in batches, about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

  4. 8

    Drain and Season

Remove the fried wonton chips and drain them on paper towels. While still hot, sprinkle with togarashi seasoning and a little salt to taste.
