Form the Patties
While the bacon is cooking, divide the Buckley’s Signature Blend ground beef into 2 equal portions and form into patties, about ¾ inch thick. Season each patty with salt and black pepper to taste.
Cooking
- 3
Grill the Patties
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip the patties and add a slice of cheddar cheese on top. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked to your desired doneness.
- 4
Toast the Buns
While the patties are cooking, slice the brioche buns in half and toast them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
Assembly
- 5
Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by a cooked beef patty with melted cheddar cheese. Top with crispy bacon, a slice of tomato, red onion slices, and pickles. Cap with the top half of the brioche bun.
