Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil Water

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add salt to the boiling water.

  2. 2

    Cook Pasta

Add spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing Seafood

  1. 3

    Sauté Shrimp and Scallops

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and scallops, sautéing for about 3-4 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink and the scallops are golden brown.

  2. 4

    Add Clams

Add the clams to the skillet. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the clams open up. Discard any that do not open.

Making Sauce

  1. 5

    Make the Cream Sauce

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

  2. 6

    Finish the Sauce

Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 7

    Mix Pasta and Seafood

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the sauce and seafood. Toss well to combine and heat through.

  2. 8

    Garnish

Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
