    Mix the Juice and Liqueur

    In a cocktail shaker, combine 120 ml of fresh grapefruit juice with 30 ml of elderflower liqueur. Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake well for about 10-15 seconds until chilled.

    Prepare the Glass

    Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice, leaving some space at the top for the seltzer.

    Top with High Noon

    Open a can of High Noon grapefruit flavored hard seltzer and gently pour it over the grapefruit juice mixture until the glass is full.

Garnishing

    Add Garnishes

    Garnish the drink with two slices of fresh grapefruit on the rim of the glass and add four fresh mint leaves for an aromatic finish.

Serving
