Hot Honey Salmon

Prepare the Salmon
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a small bowl, mix hot honey, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the honey mixture generously over the fillets.

Bake the Salmon
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a caramelized top.

Prepare the Tempura Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine the tempura batter mix and ice-cold water. Stir gently until just combined; do not overmix.

Fry the Shrimp
Dip each shrimp into the tempura batter and carefully place them in the hot oil. Fry for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Season the Cucumber
Sprinkle the cucumber slices with salt to taste.
Torched Cream Cheese

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, smoked paprika, and sliced green onions until smooth.

Spread the cream cheese mixture onto a heat-proof dish and use a kitchen torch to lightly scorch the top until it is golden and slightly charred.
