Method

Cooking the Chicken

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink inside.

  2. 2

    Shred the Chicken

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and let it cool for a few minutes. Use two forks to shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Making the Sauce

  1. 3

    Combine Sauce Ingredients

In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.

Bringing it Together

  1. 4

    Combine Chicken and Sauce

In the same skillet over medium heat, add the shredded chicken back in and pour the sauce over it. Stir well to coat all the chicken with the sauce. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until everything is heated through.

  2. 5

    Serve

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro, green onions, and crushed peanuts before serving.
