    In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.

    Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.

    Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading evenly.

Filling Preparation

    In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until creamy and smooth.

Baking and Topping
