Marinate the Beef
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, grated ginger, black pepper, and gochujang. Mix well to create the marinade. Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours for better flavor.

Cook the Onions
In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the thinly sliced onion and sauté until they become translucent and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the onions from the skillet and set aside.

Combine and Serve
Once the beef is cooked, return the sautéed onions to the skillet and mix well. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to combine flavors. Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
