There are a couple Chinese food places that I like that both happen to use this app. One is near my house, one is near my office. Different owners, but I think it’s a nice coincidence they use the same app.

Prepare the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.

Marinate the Chicken
Add soy sauce and cornstarch to the chicken pieces. Mix well until all chicken is coated and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add Vegetables
Add sliced bell pepper and broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.

Combine Ingredients
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the vegetables.

Make the Sauce
In a bowl, mix chicken broth, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Pour over chicken and vegetables in the skillet.

Simmer
Stir everything to combine and let it simmer for about 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Garnish
Sprinkle chopped green onions on top before serving.
