Preparing the Greek Salad

    Chop the Vegetables

    Wash and chop the cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.

    Combine the Ingredients

    In a large bowl, combine the chopped cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese.

    Make the Dressing

    In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

    Dress the Salad

    Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

Preparing the Tzatziki Sauce
