Marinade Preparation

Prepare the Marinade
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, Chinese five spice powder, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and red food coloring. Whisk together until smooth and well-blended.
Pork Preparation

Marinate the Pork
Place the pork tenderloin in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it is evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight to maximize flavor.

Rest and Slice
Once cooked, remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes. Then slice it thinly against the grain and serve.
