Method

Meat Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, smoked paprika, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Meat

Place the chicken thighs, pork ribs, and beef brisket in a large plastic bag or container. Pour the marinade over the meat, ensuring each piece is well coated. Seal the bag or container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Cooking the Meat

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat for about 10-15 minutes.

  2. 4

    Grill the Chicken

Remove the chicken thighs from the marinade and place them on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).

  3. 5

    Grill the Pork Ribs

Remove the pork ribs from the marinade and place them on the grill. Cook for about 1.5-2 hours, turning occasionally and brushing with barbecue sauce during the last 30 minutes.

  4. 6

    Grill the Beef Brisket

Remove the beef brisket from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 2-3 hours, depending on thickness, until tender. Brush with barbecue sauce during the last 30 minutes.

Sides Preparation

  1. 7

    Prepare the Corn

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the corn on the cob and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain and serve warm.

  2. 8

Serve the Potato Salad and Coleslaw

In separate bowls, serve the potato salad and coleslaw as sides to your barbecue feast.

Serving

  1. 9

    Plate the Barbecue

Arrange the grilled meats on a large platter, and serve with the sides of corn, potato salad, and coleslaw. Enjoy your barbecue!
