Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Prepare the Nachos
In a large bowl or a baking dish, layer the tortilla chips on the bottom. Top with the cooked ground beef, black beans, queso blanco, pico de gallo, and shredded lettuce.

Melt the Cheese
Place the nacho dish in the oven and broil on high for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Make sure to watch closely to prevent burning.

Serve
Remove from the oven and top with jalapenos, salsa, and a dollop of sour cream. Serve immediately.
