1. Prepare the Ingredients

Chop the onion and slice the avocado. Set aside.

2. Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

3. Sauté the Onions

In the same skillet, add a tablespoon of olive oil if needed and sauté the chopped onions until translucent and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.

4. Form and Cook the Patty

Form the ground beef into two patties, season with salt and pepper, and cook in the skillet over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.

5. Fry the Egg

In a separate pan, fry the egg sunny-side up or to your preference. Season with salt and pepper.

6. Assemble the Burger

Toast the brioche buns lightly. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun, layer with the beef patty, crispy bacon, bleu cheese, sautéed onions, avocado slices, and finally the fried egg. Top with the other half of the bun.

7. Serve
