Make the Cilantro Cream Sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, and the chopped cilantro. Mix well and set aside.

Assemble the Burritos
Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the center, layer 1/2 cup of shredded chicken, 1/4 cup of diced green chiles, 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes, and 1/4 cup of guacamole.

Wrap the Burrito
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll from the bottom up to enclose the filling. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.

Toast the Burritos
In a skillet over medium heat, place the burritos seam-side down. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
