    In a bowl, mix the cooked rice with chopped cilantro and lime juice. Set aside.

    Dice the mango and mix it with chopped red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Set aside.

    Season the Mahi-Mahi

    Rub the mahi-mahi fillets with a mix of salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and black pepper.
