Tandoori Pork Ribs

Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, mix the tandoori spice mix, yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt to create a marinade.

Marinate the Ribs
Coat the pork ribs thoroughly with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.

Cook the Ribs
Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). Place the marinated ribs on a baking tray and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

Add Spices
Stir in turmeric powder, chopped green chilies, and salt. Cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.

Finish with Cilantro
Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
Apple Kuchumbar

Mix Salad
In a bowl, combine diced apple, finely chopped onion, diced tomato, and chopped cilantro.

Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt. Toss gently to combine.
