Tandoori Pork Ribs

Method

Tandoori Pork Ribs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a large bowl, mix the tandoori spice mix, yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Ribs

Coat the pork ribs thoroughly with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.

  3. 3

    Cook the Ribs

Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). Place the marinated ribs on a baking tray and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

  4. 4

    Finish on the Grill

Preheat the grill to medium-high. Grill the ribs for 5-7 minutes on each side until slightly charred.

Tadka Aloo

  1. 5

    Cook the Potatoes

In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Once they start to splutter, add diced potatoes.

  2. 6

    Add Spices

Stir in turmeric powder, chopped green chilies, and salt. Cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  3. 7

    Finish with Cilantro

Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.

Apple Kuchumbar

  1. 8

    Mix Salad

In a bowl, combine diced apple, finely chopped onion, diced tomato, and chopped cilantro.

  2. 9

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt. Toss gently to combine.
