1. Prepare the Ingredients

Juice the lemons and slice the cucumber into thin rounds. Set aside.

2. Mix the Cocktail

In a cocktail shaker, combine the lemon juice, cucumber slices, pineapple juice, peach schnapps, and vodka. Add sugar or simple syrup to taste.
