Add Garlic and Ginger
Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional 2 minutes until the raw smell disappears.

Add Tomatoes
Add the chopped tomatoes to the pot and cook until they become soft and mushy.

Add Spices
Sprinkle in the ground spice mix, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.

Simmer
Add enough water to cover the lamb. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover, and let it simmer for about 1.5 to 2 hours or until the lamb is tender.

Once the lamb is cooked, stir in the garam masala and grated coconut (if using). Cook for another 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
