Preparation

1

Prepare the Meats

Season the 4-bone rib with your favorite dry rub. Smoke or grill the rib until it reaches an internal temperature of 195°F (90°C) for optimal tenderness. Cook the jalapeno cheddar sausage link according to package instructions, typically grilling or pan-frying until browned.

2

Cook Brisket, Pulled Pork, and Turkey

If using leftover brisket, pulled pork, and turkey, simply reheat them in a microwave or on a stovetop. If preparing from raw, season and cook brisket using a slow cooker or smoker until tender. For pulled pork, cook a pork shoulder low and slow until it pulls apart easily. Turkey can be roasted in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until fully cooked.

Plate the Dish
